Advanced Team Problem Solving is a 6-week practical training (3hrs/week) and facilitation coaching program that develops your employees in the skill and art of team problem solving. We go beyond the

typical root cause and problem solving training, offered by most Black Belt and Lean training programs, and provide rare and valuable skills in facilitation and teamwork.
