Learn about Advanced Team Facilitation

Our mission is to connect teams with live coaching and facilitation that improves team intelligence.

The Advanced Team Facilitation program was born in Ottawa, Canada, an area where businesses are developing and manufacturing complex technologies in highly diverse and multi-cultural workplaces.

Our team has the unique experience of planting Lean and Quality knowledge and growing their systems, in these environments: making them some of the most successful companies in Canada.

Today these companies are facing some of the most complex problems in their history.  Having started their journey, with us, years ago, they are better prepared to meet those challenges.

Now it's your turn!  With new remote technologies we are all able to bring the ATF program anywhere.   And, whether remote or in person, the approach is the same:  we create high energy, immersive, environments that forges the right perspective in your team, gives them the right knowledge so they can work better, together, and make their solutions a reality!

Why 1000 Kicks?

We have proven, event after event, the ATF experience forges longer lasting teamwork. This is why we named our site 1000 kicks:  it represents the level commitment to teamwork we expect to leave behind, long after the workshop is over.

We're excited to help you on your journey to more innovation, creativity and collaboration!  We look forward to working with your team!
